  • Exercise raises metabolism period. The higher the metabolism the more calories burned. When I was young my metabolism changed very rapidly when my routine went from very active to less active and my appetite along with it. Meaning when I worked out several hours a day I ate alot, and I mean ALOT.

  • Criticism about how they RESPONDED???? How about how they DID NOT RESPOND other than to say "NOTHING UNUSUAL ABOUT INCREASED FLU CASES" Millions of lives could be at stake here. This is no small miscue.

  • The question I have now is who should get the first flogging. It's bad enough you don't tell your own citizens that a swine flu is killing healthy people but letting it spread worldwide without alerting anybody anywhere? ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS.

  • I'm wondering if birds have anything to do with the spread. It's a 1/4 bird flu, 1/4 human flu, and 2 X 1/4 pig flu. (2 different types of pig or swine flu).
